INITIAL APPROACH:
Our company is based on the belief that working side by side with the client is extremely important! From the early stages of client acquisition right through to the project completion our initial approach involves:
- Sitting with the client and their consultants to understand the functional, aesthetic, budget and schedule goals they have in mind
- Preparing a budget which can only be as detailed as the info given at that time which will help clearly identify big ticket items.
POST CONTRACT PHASE:
Once the client is under contract, the project will be handled with a direct course of action until its completion:
- Critical item analysis is used to assess how best to maintain the schedule and budget
- Communicating with the client: our client centered approach involves taking our client’s goals on board and using their feedback to build a product that exceeds all expectations
- Our construction software, “Procore Technologies”, gives the client a real time hold/view on the progress of the project such as seeing progress photos, schedule, budget tracking and progressive view.
